Romanian Facility Management is starting to focus more and more on quality, efficiency and added value, requesting a specialized and qualified workforce and thus emphasizing the importance of education in the field.
The territorial distribution of companies in this field, taken into account according to headquarters, indicates the preponderance of these companies in the capital, which, together with Ilfov County, groups about 33% of companies registered in the FM sector, followed by Cluj counties (5.6 %), Timis (4.5%) and Constanta (3.4%).
